11/4/21: Important Vaccination Updates

CHDC is now offering the Pfizer pediatric vaccines for children ages 5-11 years old. To schedule, please email covidreg@ch-dc.org or call 484-941-9991. If the child is not a patient with us, they will need to register with our health center in order to receive the vaccine. Please call the number above to speak to a CHDC representative for additional information.

We are continuing to offer the COVID-19 vaccine booster shot of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine to recipients who completed their initial series at least 6 months ago. This booster shot is available for individuals who have gotten both doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. You must bring your vaccination card and insurance card (if applicable) to receive a booster shot. See below for qualifications:

• 65 years and older
• 18+ who have underlying medical conditions
• 18+ who work in high-risk settings
• 18+ who live in high-risk settings

We are continuing to provide first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine for individuals ages 12+, and the Moderna vaccine for individuals 18+. To schedule, please email covidreg@ch-dc.org or call 484-941-9991.
