• Free Transportation: To reduce barriers to care, CHDC offers free transportation services for patients. This ensures everyone can access the healthcare they need, regardless of transportation challenges.

Our Barto office is designed to make healthcare more accessible to the patients we serve. We believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. That's why we offer affordable care options and a sliding scale fee program based on income. All patients are encouraged to apply for a Healthcare Discount whether you currently have insurance or have gaps in coverage. We accept most major commercial insurance plans along with Medicare and Medicaid. CHDC also offers on-site language translation services and bilingual staff.
