As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), CHDC is committed to making sure you and your family continue to have access to quality care regardless of changes to your insurance status. Recent changes to Medicaid eligibility across the U.S. have put many individuals at risk of losing their coverage.
Be sure to open your mail and check your insurance cards. If you have one of these cards - Geisinger GHP Family, Health Partners, BlueCross Keystone First, UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Community Plan, UPMC for You, or Community HealthChoices (CHC) - then you have Medicaid!
