Located in the Upland Square shopping center, our 700 Heritage Drive office is your trusted provider for Women’s Health - OB/GYN services on the upper level and comprehensive dental care for all ages on the lower level. This location provides high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families throughout northern Chester, western Montgomery, and southeastern Berks counties. Our Women’s Health suite offers routine gynecological care, family planning, prenatal and postpartum support, and menopause management in a private, supportive environment. Downstairs, our dental suite offers preventive and restorative services for the whole family, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, and emergency care.

Our obstetrics and gynecology team are here for everyone from first teen visits to expectant parents, to those going through menopause and beyond. We offer annual exams, Pap smears, testing, and vaccines. For patients who are pregnant or are family planning, we offer pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, prenatal checkups, nutrition counseling, and high-risk pregnancy monitoring.

We believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. That's why we offer affordable care options and a Sliding Scale Fee program based on income. All patients are encouraged to apply for a Healthcare Discount whether you currently have insurance or have gaps in coverage. We accept most major commercial insurance plans along with Medicare and Medicaid. CHDC also offers on-site language translation services and bilingual staff.
