CHDC Office Closure

All CHDC offices will be closed on Friday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day. Our offices will reopen on Saturday, July 5th, at 8:00AM.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
