CHDC Office Closure
September 1, 2025
All CHDC offices will be closed on Monday, September 1st, in observance of Labor Day. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, September 2nd, at 8:00AM.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
