CHDC Office Closure

All CHDC offices will be closed on Monday, May 26th, in observance of Memorial Day. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 26th, at 8:00AM.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
