CHDC Office Closure

Our offices will be closed on the morning of Wednesday, October 25th, for an All-Staff Meeting. We will reopen at 1:00 PM this afternoon.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
