Start the new school year off right with affordable pediatric care and other services available at CHDC!
We’re inviting students (K-12) and their parents/guardians to Fuel for School at our new CHDC Boyertown office! Enjoy a light breakfast, giveaways, healthcare resources, and a backpack voucher that can be redeemed for a FREE backpack with school supplies at our Community Health Fair on Friday August 9th, 11:00AM -2:00PM at our Coventry Mall Office in Pottstown.
Students must be present in order to receive a backpack voucher. Vouchers are limited, stop by early to grab yours!
