CHDC Office Closure

All CHDC offices will be closed on Tuesday, November 11th, in observance of Veteran’s Day. Our offices will reopen on Wednesday, November 12th, at 8:00AM.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
