CHDC Office Closure

All CHDC offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 1st. On behalf of the team at CHDC, we wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy New Year! Our offices will reopen on Thursday, January 2nd, at 8:00AM.

For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
