Our offices will be closing at 12:00PM on Tuesday, December 24th, and will remain closed on Wednesday, December 25th, in observance of the Christmas holiday. On behalf of the team at CHDC, we wish you and your loved ones a happy holiday season! Our offices will reopen on Thursday, December 26th, at 8:00AM.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
