Our offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th, in observance of Thanksgiving. On behalf of the team at CHDC, we wish you and your loved ones a warm and happy Thanksgiving! Our offices will reopen on Saturday, November 30th, at 8:00AM.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
