CHDC Office Closure

Our offices will be closed the morning of Friday, August 2nd, for an All-Staff Meeting. We will reopen at 1:00PM on Friday, August 2nd.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
