Pop-Up Enrollment and Kick-Off Event with CCFB

We are excited to be working with the Chester County Food Bank for season of their Fruit & Vegetable Prescription Program! This pop-up enrollment event will give qualified participants the opportunity to fill out the pre-season survey, receive their Rx card, and use the free voucher to shop at the food truck.
