Happy Birthday, CHDC! For 16 years and counting, we’ve been honored to serve our community. We first opened our doors in 2008 with 39 medical and dental patients seen that first week and we’ve grown to see thousands of medical and dental patients each year. Thank you to our staff, patients, stakeholders, and community members who have been a part of CHDC all these years.
