Phlebotomy Services at CHDC

CHDC patients can get testing done right here at CHDC! Patients must have a lab slip from their provider at CHDC in order to utilize this service. Our convenient on-site phlebotomy service allows patients to get lab tests done right after their appointment, without having to make an appointment at a local lab. What Does "Phlebotomy" Mean?

Phlebotomy, also referred to as "blood work" is when blood is taken from the arm for the purpose of checking a patient's health. This blood is sent to a lab where blood tests are performed, and the results are shared with the provider and available on the Patient Portal.

Flexible Payment Options

We accept most major insurances, including all PA Medicaid HMO's, DHS Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans. If you have no insurance, but still wish to visit a Provider, we can help! CHDC offers a health care discount program that is based on your family size and household income. Patients in our service area throughout Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties who are eligible can receive discounts of up to 25%, 40%, 55%, 70% or 100% for services received at CHDC.
