Since opening in 2018, CHDC’s Shoppes at Coventry location has served as our largest health center, providing comprehensive, integrated healthcare services to individuals and families across Pottstown and the tricounty region. Conveniently located just off Route 100 in North Coventry Township, this spacious, modern facility offers nearly all of CHDC’s services under one roof. While Women’s Health and OB/GYN services are located at our nearby 700 Heritage Drive office, all other services are available at this location.

Our health center is designed to make healthcare more accessible to the patients we serve. We believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. That's why we offer affordable care options and a sliding scale fee program based on income. All patients are encouraged to apply for a Healthcare Discount whether you currently have insurance or have gaps in coverage. We accept most major commercial insurance plans along with Medicare and Medicaid. CHDC also offers on-site language translation services and bilingual staff.
