National Health Center Week 2022 - Come Celebrate With Us!
National Health Center Week (August 7 – 13) is an annual celebration with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s health centers over the past five decades. We’re honoring our public servants, patients, employees and consumer board members in special ways throughout the week. You're invited to join us in recognizing and celebrating Community Health & Dental Care and all the work that goes in to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to the tricounty area. We hope to see you there!
All week, we’ll have virtual and in person events, health screenings, information on our programs and services, raffles, fun activities for kids, refreshments and a whole lot more! We have events for stakeholders, staff, patients, and community members, so check out our schedule and come hang out with us!
We look forward to seeing you there!

Healthcare on the Street Donation Drive
We are collecting items to benefit the Street Medicine Program, which works to provide primary and urgent care to those experiencing homelessness in Pottstown Borough wherever they reside - whether that be a tent in the woods, a homeless shelter, or on the street.
Members of our CHDC team that work within the Street Medicine Program, along with fellow Pottstown healthcare organizations, will distribute the supplies.
Is your organization interested in hosting a Healthcare on the Street Donation Drive? Email firstname.lastname@example.org to get involved!
