When’s the last time your healthcare benefits got a “check-up”? Stop by our Pennie Registration Event to make sure you are getting the most out of your coverage. Our Case Management team will assist with finding the best options, application, and enrollment through the Pennie insurance marketplace.
Our CHDC Case Management Team will be offering PENNIE enrollment assistance for those who qualify. This event is on a first come, first served basis. You do not need to be a CHDC patient to attend.
