Community Health Fair 2024 – Now Indoors!

People of all ages are invited to join us for our annual Community Health Fair! Stop by our CHDC office at the Coventry Mall for a fun-filled afternoon with health information, a diverse array of community resources, giveaways, activities for kids and adults, refreshments, FREE health screenings for blood pressure, backpack giveaways and more! This event will be held rain or shine at our Coventry Mall Office! In the event of inclement weather, join us inside our CHDC office for the Health Fair.
