Diabetes and You! Class

You’re invited to attend a four-week diabetes education program right here at CHDC! This 4-week series will be held at our CHDC Shoppes at Coventry (formerly Coventry Mall) office on 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, and 1/28 from 9:30AM – 10:30AM. Session topics include:
-What is Diabetes?
-Yes, You Can Eat with Diabetes!
-Understand Medications and Monitoring
-Fun with Movement!
