Opened in July 2024, CHDC’s Boyertown office brings high-quality, affordable healthcare to the heart of the community. Conveniently located in downtown Boyertown next to our trusted dispensary partner, The Medicine Shoppe of Boyertown, this new location makes it easier than ever for residents in northern Montgomery and eastern Berks counties to access the care they need, close to home. Our Boyertown office provides comprehensive medical care for both adults and children, including checkups, chronic disease management, sick visits, school physicals, and immunizations. We also offer Women’s Health (OB/GYN) services, such as annual wellness exams, family planning, pregnancy testing, and menopause support. To help reduce barriers to care, CHDC Boyertown proudly offers free transportation for patients who need help getting to and from appointments.
We are committed to making care accessible and affordable for every patient. All CHDC locations accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major commercial insurance plans. Patients are not turned away as a result of insurance status or ability to pay. We work with you to provide access to affordable care. All patients are encouraged to apply for our Healthcare Discount program, which uses a sliding scale fee based on household size and income. CHDC also offers on-site language translation services and bilingual staff. Our case management team works with medical patients to navigate insurance enrollment, benefits, and social service programs.
