  • FREE Transportation. Our CHDC shuttle provides free transportation to and from all health center locations with convenient stops throughout our service area.
  • Convenient locations throughout Pottstown, Barto, and Boyertown, along with evening and Saturday hours. (Not all locations/services may apply.)
