The Fresh2You Mobile Market travels throughout Chester County during the months of June to November. During this time, people who visit the market can purchase high-quality, local, seasonal, and affordable fresh foods while receiving education on healthy cooking to our community. The Fresh2You Market will be parked at the Calvary Christian Center across from the CHDC Office at the Coventry Mall on Tuesdays from 2:00PM – 4:30PM.
To make fresh local food accessible to all, Fresh2You accepts all forms of payment including SNAP (previously known as food stamps) and Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) checks. Purchases made with SNAP or FMNP are matched with Chester County Food Bank’s own Veggie Bucks, a form of currency that can be used on future purchases of fruits and vegetables and doubles the purchase power of individual customers. Fresh2You also partners with organizations like CHDC to provide Fruit & Vegetable Prescriptions. At Fresh2You market locations, participants are able to redeem their prescription cards for fresh produce.
