Since opening in 2018, CHDC’s Shoppes at Coventry location has served as our largest health center, providing comprehensive, integrated healthcare services to individuals and families across Pottstown and the tricounty region. That's why we offer affordable care options and a sliding scale fee program based on income. All patients are encouraged to apply for a Healthcare Discount whether you currently have insurance or have gaps in coverage. We accept most major commercial insurance plans along with Medicare and Medicaid. CHDC also offers on-site language translation services and bilingual staff.
