As a children's health center dedicated to serving the entire community, CHDC offers free transportation services to and from our locations in the Pottstown and Boyertown service area, as well as some surrounding communities. If you need Spanish translation or hearing-impaired support, as well as any assistance in understanding the healthcare needs of your family, CHDC’s caring and knowledgeable staff will assist you.
Due to the generous funding from the Pottstown Area Health and Wellness Foundation along with various other local business, Community Health and Dental Care was formed. We opened our doors in October in 2008 with just 39 medical and dental patients and in that time have seen our practice grow to thousands of medical and dental patients each year.
As a non-profit community health center, we have proudly become the place where patients all throughout TriCounty come for preventive care and to promote overall well-being.
At Community Health & Dental Care, it is our mission to identify the gaps in health services and to make sure all people, regardless of their ability to pay, have access to the appropriate levels of care. We take pride in being able to provide quality health care, and we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances.
