Important Health Screenings at CHDC

With access to colorectal cancer screenings and convenient mobile mammogram services, we’re here to make preventive care easier and more accessible. Colorectal Cancer Screenings

Screening for colorectal cancer (CRC) on time matters! Regular screenings can help find CRC in early stages when it’s most treatable. When caught in early stages, colon cancer is survivable in 9 out of 10 people. CHDC is partnering with Cologuard to become a drop off site for collection kits. The Cologuard test is covered by Medicare and most major insurers. Patients who are interested in learning more should speak with their CHDC provider to obtain a kit.

Breast Cancer Screenings

CHDC and Tower Health are bringing 3D screening mammograms to our Shoppes at Coventry location in Pottstown, PA. The 3D Mobile Mammography Unit makes getting a mammogram easy, quick, and convenient, with state-of-the-art technology and expert staff. Flexible Payment Options

We accept most major insurances, including all PA Medicaid HMO's, DHS Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans. If you have no insurance, but still wish to visit our health center, we can help! We offer a Healthcare Discount Program that is based on your family size and household income. Patients in our service area throughout Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties who are eligible can receive discounts of up to 25%, 40%, 55%, 70% or 100% for services received at CHDC.
