CHDC Office Closure

All CHDC offices will be closed the morning of Friday, June 5th for an All-Staff Meeting. Our offices will reopen at 1:00 PM the same day.
For after-hours care, please do not go to the ER unless it is an emergency. Call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
