CHDC Office Closure
July 3 - July 4
All CHDC offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Our offices will reopen on Monday, July 6, at 8:00 AM.
For after-hours care, please do not go to the ER unless it is an emergency. Call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
