CHDC Office Closure

All CHDC offices will be closed on Friday, December 4, for an all-staff meeting and team celebration. Our offices will reopen on Saturday, December 5, at 8:00 AM.
For after-hours care, please do not go to the ER unless it is an emergency. Call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
