People of all ages are invited to join us for our annual Community Health Fair! Stop by our CHDC office at the Coventry Mall for a fun-filled afternoon with health information, community resources, giveaways, activities for kids and adults, refreshments, FREE health screenings for blood pressure, backpack giveaways and more!
This event will be held rain or shine at our Shoppes at Coventry Office!
