CHDC Office Closure

Our offices will be closed on Monday, December 25th. From the team at CHDC, Happy Holidays! Our offices will reopen at 8:00AM on Tuesday, December 26th.
For after-hours care, do not go to the ER; call us first at 610-326-9460. All calls will be routed to our answering service to be connected with an on-call provider.
