CHDC patients and community members are invited to join us on Wednesday, July 2nd, from 4:00PM - 5:30PM at our Shoppes at Coventry location for a Community Conversation. Participants will have the opportunity to share feedback about what you want to see in their community. This event is free to attend and pizza will be provided.
