Effective April 13^th, PA opened vaccine eligibility for everyone. CHDC can vaccinate everyone age 18 and older.

CHDC will be offering two COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics on April 25^th and May 2^nd from 9AM – 5PM. To register, please send inquiry to covidreg@ch-dc.org to request an appointment. Include full name and best phone number to reach you. Please note the list is long. If you are unable to email, please call 484-941-9991 and leave a message requesting an appointment.
