11/3/23: Important Vaccination & Mask Distribution Updates
***Important COVID-19 Vaccination Update***
CHDC is pleased to offer the 2023-2024 Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine at our Coventry Mall and Barto locations. The CDC recommends receiving 1 dose of the current updated vaccine. CHDC offers these vaccines for both patients and community members 6 months of age and older. Vaccination cards are no longer needed. ***N95 Mask Distribution***
FREE N95 Masks are available, by request, to patients and community members at all CHDC locations. Patients will be able to request and pick up masks at their appointment or by coming to the health center. If you are not a patient, please visit one of our four (4) health center locations to request and pick up your masks.
